1) Shipping cost is automatically calculated according to destination and shipping method when you check-out.

2) There are standard shipping(14~21 days delivery, Pantos, Rincos and K-Packet) and Express shipping(2~5 days delivery, DHL and EMS). The available shipping method could differ by destination.

3) All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding Korean National Holidays.

4) The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for customs duties and taxes that may apply. Customs duties and taxes are levied by the destination country, and we have no control over them. If the recipient refuses to accept your delivery item, it will be returned to us and will not be shipped again. The costs incurred in relation to the delivery of your order, including the round-trip shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount.

4) Please request a return via CS within 7 days of receipt. You must include your name, order number and reason.
