1. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

2. Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (via DHL and UPS)

3. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, Korea Standard Time), excluding Korean national holidays.

4. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control. If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment, the package will be returned to us and will not be reshipped. In such cases, all costs associated with the shipment—including original and return shipping fees—will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. If customs fees were charged, the refund amount will be issued after deducting those fees.
