You should clean it everyday or at least after every use with a saline solution. Also i heard that its recommended to change the case after every 3 months or so

Every time you use contaxt lenses, i recommend washing your lenses with saline solution before use specially monthly and yearly . Daily lenses are meant to be discarded after 1 use.

You should be cleaning your contacts after every use! Just a quick rinse with contact lens solution after every wear before storing is fine!
